Delta Construction selected to continue project

FORT COLLINS – Larimer County has picked Delta Construction of Fort Collins and GSG Architecture of Casper, Wyo., to design and build the new Larimer County Community Corrections Facility in Fort Collins.

The facility’s construction costs are approximately $4.2 million and the total facility is projected to cost $5.2 million. The new facility will serve individuals who are in transition from a federal penitentiary system to mainstream society. It will also offer Larimer County an alternative location to house less threatening offenders.
