Real Estate: King Soopers closer to Rigden Farm store
FORT COLLINS — Kornfeld Koslosky Properties LLP has paid $2.6 million for the 10.75-acre development lot at the southeast corner of Timberline and Drake roads in east Fort Collins.
The Denver developer plans to build a neighborhood shopping center anchored by a 66,000-square-foot King Soopers grocery store.
Kornfeld Koslosky bought the ground from Rigden Farm LLC, which is listed by Dave Pietenpol of Sierra Real Estate Services and Doug Taub of Wheeler Commercial Property Services.
The deal fulfills the original plan for a shopping center at the Rigden Farm subdivision, a 1,100-home project started in 1997.
