Ascriptus statements in doubt
GREELEY — Inaccuracies in a letter to potential investors in Greeley software startup Ascriptus Inc. could draw the attention of state securities regulators, Colorado’s deputy securities commissioner said this week.
The possibility arises from an Oct. 23 letter to 10 potential investors in Ascriptus from Franklin Cordell, president and CEO of the medical-transcription software company, telling them that Ascriptus was in the midst of a deal for services with North Colorado Medical Center.
