XOR Network Engineering acquires Loveland-based Relational Solutions

BOULDER – Boulder-based e-commerce consultant XOR Network Engineering Inc. has purchased Loveland-based Relational Solutions, a large-scale database specialist, for an undisclosed sum.

XOR executives Herb Morreale, president of the company, and Trent Hein, chief technical officer, were unavailable for comment on the deal. A source from Relational Solutions who asked not to be named said the transaction closed Nov. 25, and that Relational Solutions already had one employee working at XOR.

All of about 10 Relational Solutions employees were expected to be out of the Loveland office by mid-January and to be working in at XOR’s offices in Boulder.
