The breakfast will cost $30 per seat and $300 for a corporate table of 10 if registered by May 8. After May 8, it’s $35 per seat and $350 for a corporate table. Exhibit table space also is available for $50 for a 4-foot table. Checks payable to the Boulder Technology Incubator should be sent to: BTI Fundraising Breakfast, 1821 Lefthand Circle, Suite B, Longmont CO 80501-6740. For information, call (303) 443-1255.

Last year’s breakfast event was a sellout, so companies are urged to register early. The Boulder County Business Report and The Northern Colorado Business Report are media sponsors for the event.

Boston Chicken CEO Beck oversees one of the fastest-growing food-service retailers in America. He is a co-founder of the company and part of the group that acquired control of BCI in mid-1992. At that time, there were 34 U.S. stores; today there are more than 1,100.

Beck is also board chairman of Einstein/Noah Bagel Corp., a publicly traded national bagel retailer that operates stores primarily under the Einstein Bros. Bagels and Noah’s New York Bagels brand names.

Before joining Boston Chicken, Beck was vice chairman of the board of Blockbuster Entertainment.
