Coldwell Banker, Steele’s to anchor new development

FORT COLLINS – A new office and retail project at the Centre for Advanced Technology likely will house a new building for Coldwell Banker Everitt & Williams, a new Steele’s Market and other office and retail projects.Currently dubbed Market Centre, the undertaking will be developed by The Everitt Cos.
“It’s part of the big picture of the Centre for Advanced Technology,´ said Stuart MacMillan, vice president of The Everitt Cos.
The project is planned near the corner of Drake Road and Worthington Circle, west of the recently completed Allnut Funeral Service building.
