Front Range Inc.: New HQ in Longmont

LONGMONT — Micro Computer World Inc., which sells computers and systems to businesses, is building a 12,000-square-foot headquarters building at 2330 N. Main St. in Longmont.

The company will move its corporate headquarters from Greeley into 4,000 square feet of the building, with the rest offered for lease. Tom Cobb’s T&L Construction of Longmont is the builder.

BOULDER — BMC Properties LLC, headed by Byron Chrisman, is nearing completion on a 60,000-square-foot speculative building in Flatiron Industrial Park at 5777 Central Ave. in Boulder, said Steve Chrisman, a broker at Prudential Wise-McIntire Realtors of Boulder and Byron’s son.

Case Logic building sold

LONGMONT — The Case Logic Inc. building at 6301 Dry Creek Parkway in Longmont sold in April for $6.9 million to Bancroft Capital, a group of private and institutional investors from California, according to Becky Gamble with Boulder’s Dean Callan & Co.

Pratt buys StorageTek building

LONGMONT — Pratt Management Co., the Longmont-based industrial park developer, has purchased the 553,000-square foot StorageTek building, located on 153 acres on the south side of town, for $22.5 million.

StorageTek is in the midst of a massive reorganization and plans to cease operations at the Longmont plant for the second time in a decade. The Pratt Co. says it may subdivide the property for as many as five tenants.
