Kagan to lead Poudre center

James Kagan has been named medical director of the Evergreen Treatment Center at Poudre Valley Hospital.

Kagan will oversee the adult and adolescent inpatient and partial hospitalization programs.

Kagan, who has held the medical director position on an interim basis since November, was previously medical director of the adolescent inpatient unit since it opened in 1993. He also has his own private practice.

Evergreen Treatment Center provides comprehensive psychiatric services for adults and adolescents, including evaluation, referral, diagnosis, treatment and community education.
