Brighton bank hires manager, names consumer-lending exec

BRIGHTON – Valley Bancorp Inc. has named Elaine D. Lee assistant branch manager of Valley Bank East in Brighton, and hired John Benedetti as assistant vice president of consumer lending at the city’s main branch.

Lee has 20 years’ banking experience, ranging from commercial and residential construction and residential construction lending, business and consumer banking, portfolio management and operations management.

Prior to joining Valley Bank, she was assistant vice president of Charter Pacific Bank in Agoura Hills, Calif.
