“A good portion of (the meeting) will be centered around the flood: response, what we can do, and how people can get help,” Werner said.
James Eklund, director of the Colorado Water Conservation Board, is scheduled to be the luncheon speaker. Additional speakers include Nolan Doesken, the state climatologist, and a representative from United States Geological Survey.
