Tennessee firm to break ground on new SpringHill Suites in Windsor
The two-hotel town of Windsor could soon become a five-hotel town once a Tennessee developer is done building.
The Coloradoan reports that Kana Hotel Group is set to break ground within the next three months on a new $14 million, 96-room SpringHill Suites. The hotel is the first of three to be built by the company near the intersection of Crossroads Boulevard and North Fairgrounds Avenue.
