Severance Business Park plans put on hold

Plans for the 547-acre Severance Business Park have been put on hold indefinitely after developers of the project pulled their development and review application.

The Coloradoan reports that Denver-based landowner 7N LLC notified the town on Friday. The paper also noted that Windsor-based developer Water Valley Land Co., is “no longer a part of the project.”

The Severance Business Park was to include a mix of commercial and industrial buildings and open space, as well as single-family homes.
