Realtec partners sell Fort Collins office building for $2.5M

FORT COLLINS — A group of Realtors has sold the building they occupy in Fort Collins to a pair of investors from Denver doing business as Bluerock, Rockstone and Lakota.

Five partners of Realtec Commercial Real Estate Services sold the three-story, 13,444-square-foot office building at 400 E. Horsetooth Road for $2.5 million, or $186 per square foot.

The sale was a result of an unsolicited offer from the investors, who wish to remain anonymous, said Annah Moore, a Realtor with Realtec who represented the buyers. “This was strictly an investment deal,” Moore said.
