Lofts on the Hill properties in Boulder sell for $11.3M
BOULDER — A group of investors has paid $11.3 million for the Lofts on the Hill, one block west of the University of Colorado Boulder campus.
Lofts on the Hill at 1143 and 1155 13th St., next to the Fox Theater, includes 13 units of student housing and two ground-floor retail shops.
Clifford Brown, Bradley Brown, Jason Hebb and Hill Portfolio LLC purchased the property from University Hill Partners LLC, registered to Darren Fisk, according to public records.

The Lofts on the Hill was developed by Michael Boyers of Boulder and Fisk, a former CU student who runs Denver-based Forum Real Estate Group. The developers reinvented two buildings from the 1920s and preserved their historic facades while obtaining an historic landmark designation from the city.
