Law firm buys Boedecker Foundation building
Under the entity 2118 LLC, the eight-attorney firm specializing in water law paid the Boedecker Foundation $2.5 million for the property, according to county records.
Porzak, Browning and Bushong will move from 929 Pearl St., where it occupies the third floor. The new home is a 6,149-square-foot building located one block north of the Pearl Street Mall and across the street from the Boulderado Hotel.

“It was an opportunity to acquire the building and own rather than rent,” Porzak said.
Geoffrey Keys and Ronan Truesdale of Keys Commercial Real Estate in Boulder represented the seller in the deal. Ashley Overton of Keys Commercial, represented the buyer.
The Boedecker Foundation – a philanthropic organization founded by Crocs Inc. co-founder George Boedecker – has moved its operations to Broomfield and Nashville, Tenn.
