Fort Collins restaurant D’Vine Bistro seized for unpaid taxes, wages

A notice posted on the door of the restaurant, 160 W. Oak St., said the property had been seized for $2,763 in unpaid and delinquent taxes by D’Vine owner 5 Brighams Inc.
