FirstBank names new presidents for Northern Colorado markets

LAKEWOOD — FirstBank Holding Co. based in Lakewood said Thursday it has promoted Pat Brady and Bob Deuschele to regional president roles and named their replacements as the company restructures management positions to accommodate growth.

Nicole Staudinger was promoted to president of the bank’s Northern Colorado market, replacing Brady. Dawn Davis was promoted to president of the bank’s North market, replacing Deuschele.

Staudinger will manage eight branches in Fort Collins, Loveland, Windsor and Greeley, while Davis will manage 10 branches in Thornton, Broomfield, Westminster, Brighton and Commerce City.

Brady, who has been with FirstBank since 1989, and Deuschele, who started at FirstBank in 1984, were promoted to recently created regional president roles. Brady is overseeing FirstBank markets in Northern Colorado and Arizona, and Deuschele is overseeing markets in South Denver and the southern part of Colorado.

FirstBank spokesman Brian Jensen said the regional president positions were added as part of a management restructuring to better serve its customers as the holding company continues to grow.

Staudinger started with FirstBank in 1999 as a management trainee and spent the past 2.5 years as an executive vice president. Davis started with FirstBank in 1995 as a management trainee in Summit County before moving to Fort Collins, where she spent 16 years prior to being promoted.

FirstBank operates more than 120 bank branches in Colorado, Arizona and California. FirstBank is the largest locally owned banking organization in Colorado, serving more than 650,000 customers, according to a company statement. A majority of FirstBank’s stock is owned by management and employees.
