Erie issues request for developers for former Prince Reservoir site

The town of Erie on Tuesday issued a request for developers to submit ideas for the 45-acre Prince Reservoir site at the southeast corner of Highway 287 and Arapahoe Road.

The Daily Camera reports that developers have until Aug. 28 to submit bids.

The town drained the reservoir and began filling it with dirt earlier this year in anticipation of seeing it used for commercial development to help anchor one of the major gateways into the community.
