CSU system completes $171M bond sale for construction projects
FORT COLLINS — The Colorado State University System announced Friday that it has secured more than $171 million in bond-financing for six construction projects at its campus in Fort Collins.
The bond package sold in less than four hours on Thursday at an interest rate of 4.01 percent.
The projects include a five-story, 152,000-square-foot biology building; a 105,000-square-foot medical center that will be built at the corner of Prospect Road and College Avenue in Fort Collins; approximately 85,000 square feet of academic and alumni space on the east side of the new multiuse stadium on campus; the relocation and construction of the W.D.…
