Castle Rock OKs $60M mixed-use development
Colorado’s booming economy seems to bring more mixed-use developments every day, with the latest being a $60 million project in Castle Rock.
BusinessDen reports that Confluence Cos. has received approval from the town council for a project that will create apartments, retail and offices downtown. The Riverwalk at Castle Rock project will be aimed at empty nesters and will provide much-needed housing downtown.
