52 single family lots sold to D.R. Horton

National home builder D.R. Horton has purchased 52 single-family lots in the Water Valley development in Windsor.

The lots are between 6,848 square feet and 18,600 square feet. The subdivision is located near the intersection of New Liberty Road and Highway 257. D.R. Horton recently finished another group of homes in Water Valley, with prices ranging around $400,000.

The builder plans to build floor plans that will attract first-time home buyers, according to a release from RE/MAX Eagle Rock, the brokerage that handled the transaction.
