Louisville-based energy-tech company raises $300,000

LOUISVILLE — Generative Technology Operatives LLC, a technology-management company that specializes in energy and the environment, raised $300,000 in capital.

The Louisville-based company didn’t limit the amount of funds it is seeking, according to a Form D filed with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission on June 30.

To raise the funds, GTO is offering equity, debt and convertible notes. GTO did not return a request for comment.

GTO has several products for energy management, according to its website, including solar absorbers and oil wellhead thermal management to reduce emissions. GTO says its process is not only to evaluate a customer’s technologies and partner with them, but to also license its technology for the broader market and elevate the financial performance of both itself and its customers.
