Louisville-based energy-tech company raises $300,000
LOUISVILLE — Generative Technology Operatives LLC, a technology-management company that specializes in energy and the environment, raised $300,000 in capital.
The Louisville-based company didn’t limit the amount of funds it is seeking, according to a Form D filed with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission on June 30.
To raise the funds, GTO is offering equity, debt and convertible notes. GTO did not return a request for comment.
