Neenan partners on largest health-care project in company’s history
FORT COLLINS — The Neenan Co., a design-build firm based in Fort Collins, and Gerding Builders have broken ground on the redevelopment of a 126,000-square-foot hospital for Samaritan Pacific Communities Hospital in Newport, Ore.
Neenan is the lead architect and general contractor for the project, partnering with Gerding Builders LLC, a construction firm in Corvallis, Ore.
The project includes remodeling 40,000 square feet of the existing facility, plus an 86,000-square-foot, three-story addition.
In 2015, voters passed a $57 million bond measure for the project.
