Exploring & expressing grief
Grieving after losing a loved one is an emotional and painful process. Pathways offers daytime and evening support groups that provide a safe place to explore and express your grief in a comfortable setting and connect with others who have experienced loss. Professional counseling and creative therapies assist family and friends through the confusing and overwhelming emotions that arise during such a difficult time.
If you or someone you know would benefit from the type of support Pathways offers, we invite you to consider joining us.
Support groups
Although grieving is very much a personal experience, no one should grieve alone. Pathways offers numerous support groups to give clients the opportunity to share their grief experience and find comfort in others who have gone through loss. Groups are tailored for individuals navigating the first six months of grief, widowed persons, families, caregivers, among others. Registration is required. Click here to join us.

Creative therapies
It’s often challenging to express our emotions during a difficult time. Creative therapies allow clients to form expressions beyond words. Pathways counselors use art, play, sand, and music therapies to help clients release their emotions and stress. These techniques are especially effective with children and teens that are less likely to talk about their feelings.
Supporting multiple avenues
Pathways offers individual, couple, and family counseling to support each person in their unique journey through grief and loss. Pathways is also able to offer a sliding scale payment option to support our community members who would like to access grief and loss support.
