Care Synergy’s Board of Directors has named Hospice Chief Operating Officer Tricia Ford as CEO Elect. Ford, who has served in executive leadership roles since joining the organization in 2017, brings more than 30 years of healthcare leadership experience. She will work alongside President and CEO Tim Bowen throughout the leadership transition before becoming Chief Executive Officer upon his retirement on March 2, 2027.
