She has successfully owned and operated six hotels, navigated loan modifications through economic challenges, and maintained an impressive 95% team retention rate during the pandemic.
Treadway will advise Brinkman Construction’s executive team on strategic growth and organizational development, while supporting initiatives to strengthen the company’s Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP).
