JR Engineering named Eric Lee, PE, principal. Lee is the transportation group lead for the Centennial public works team. He joined JR in 2017 and has an undergraduate degree from North Dakota State University. Lee focuses on design and construction of public roadways and utilities, intersections, traffic signals, and trails. He has more than 16 years of public and private sector experience, including several years at CDOT. His recent projects include district engineering for Reunion in Commerce City, Bridge Street Widening in Brighton, the O Street and 59th Avenue roundabout in Greeley, the Berkeley Gardens Neighborhood in Adams County, and municipal projects across Colorado. He led the formation of JR Engineering’s subsurface utility engineering department in 2023. He looks forward to growing JR Engineering’s public sector practice to make it one of Colorado’s top municipal firms.
