Brinkman Real Estate proudly announces the promotion of Dan Metzger to president. In this expanded role, Metzger will oversee both the asset management and acquisitions functions while continuing to strengthen investor relationships and drive equity raises.
Since joining Brinkman Real Estate as COO and Partner three years ago, Metzger has demonstrated exceptional leadership, guiding the firm’s strategic growth throughout the Intermountain West region. His nearly 25 years of industry experience—spanning capital markets, development, acquisitions, investor relations, and asset management—positions him well to lead the company’s continued success.
Before joining Brinkman, Metzger held leadership roles across a broad range of commercial real estate organizations, including development firms, a mortgage banking firm, a REIT, and a private equity firm. He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration with a concentration in Real Estate from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
