Judge rejects Greeley Deserves Better’s appeal as moot
As Greeley voters prepare to decide Feb. 24 whether to repeal city-approved zoning for the Cascadia and Catalyst developments on the city’s eastern edge, at least one issue regarding the fate of a previous citizen-initiated petition has reached a conclusion in Weld District Court.
