If you could give your younger self one piece of advice, what would that be?
I would tell myself not to put so much value on what others think of your ideas. They are your ideas for a reason, no one else is supposed to understand them. The more people discourage you from a dream or a goal, the more you should pursue it. The best ideas come from the wildest imaginations.
Who do you count as your greatest mentor(s) that have helped you succeed in your personal and professional life?
My younger brother. There is no one on earth that understands me better than he does, and he has always encouraged me to pursue my dreams. He has also been there to help me pick up the pieces of my life and put them back together when I made a mess of things.
Where do you see yourself and what will you be doing with your life after 40?
After 40 I will be continuing to grow my podcast on sobriety, and serving in that space in any capacity that makes a difference. Getting sober gave me my life back and helped me find my true purpose, I want to help others find sobriety and turn their pain into purpose. In tandem with that, I see myself serving in the Real Estate Industry with The Group Inc and continuing to help people find a place to call home here in Northern Colorado.
