Court docs: Tesla has ignored unpaid-tolls lawsuit from Northwest Parkway
BROOMFIELD — Tesla Inc. has yet to respond to a legal complaint over tens of thousands of dollars in allegedly unpaid tolls filed last month by the operator of Northwest Parkway, prompting the group to request a default judgment from a Broomfield County District Court judge.
