CSU board approves expansion of vet facilities
FORT COLLINS — Veterinary students at Colorado State University will soon have more room to learn. And house animals that are at the university for treatment.
The University Board of Governors has approved adding 12,150 square feet of space to the South Campus Animal Research Facility, according to a report in the Coloradoan.
The newspaper, citing materials provided to the board, said the expansion will support several programs including the animal cancer center and the teaching hospital. The project will cost upwards of $8 million and be bond financed.
