DIA reveals $1.8 billion, 15,000-page terminal renovation contract

DENVER — The contract for the terminal renovation of Denver International Airport shows a $1.8 billion price tag, with a partner that would renovate the terminal for four years and oversee concession spaces for the following 30 years.

City Council has started reviewing the 15,000-page contract, Denver Post reports.

The actual cost of renovation would be about $650 million, with the rest of the costs coming in the next 30 years.
