Boulder city council considers settlement of developers’ lawsuit

BOULDER — The Boulder city council on Tuesday will consider a proposal to settle a lawsuit brought by two local developers last month.

The Boulder Daily Camera reports that the settlement agreement would pay developers Scott Pedersen and Jeff Shanahan of 3001 Pearl LLC about $2.6 million to settle claims that they were shorted funds for housing and parking projects at the Boulder Junction redevelopment at 30th and Pearl streets.
