Grahams unveil proposed redevelopment of Feeders Supply building in Fort Collins

Ginger Graham and husband Jack, the former Colorado State University athletic director, on Thursday unveiled their plans for redevelopment of the former Northern Colorado Feeder Supply building in Old Town Fort Collins.

The Coloradoan reports that the proposal includes a renovation of the current building at 359 Linden St., along with a two-story, pie-shaped addition on adjacent land to the southwest of the building. Included in the finished project are slated to be a coffee and pie shop, a pair of restaurants and other retail and commercial food uses.

The Grahams bought the property last fall. Jack Graham last month announced his plans to run for U.S. Senate.
