The Rêve mixed-use development gains Boulder planning board approval

Developers of The Rêve, a mixed-use project proposed for the southeast corner of 30th and Pearl streets in Boulder, cleared one major hurdle Thursday night when it gained planning board approval.

The Daily Camera reports that the board voted 5-1 to approve the project, though the board is requiring a reduction in parking and is stressing that it would prefer that developers find a way to incorporate affordable housing onsite rather than pay cash in lieu or build it elsewhere to meet the city’s affordable housing requirements.
