Utah trucking company establishing terminal in Eaton

EATON — Utah-based Brady Trucking Inc. has purchased a 5,000-square-foot building on five acres in Eaton for $1.4 million where it will operate its Eastern Colorado Division.

Brady Trucking bought the building and land at 601 East Collins St. from Jack and Cindy Goodell, who owned the property under the entity J and C Investments LLC. The building, previously occupied by Goodell Machinery & Construction Inc., consists of 1,000 square feet of office space and 4,000 square feet of warehouse space. Goodell Machinery & Construction, a family business, has moved to 18847 County Road 72 where it recently acquired 26 acres and is building new facilities, said Cindy Goodell.

Vernal, Utah-based Brady Trucking, which has several oil companies as clients, owns and operates 150 Peterbilt trucks and more than 200 trailers at transportation facilities located throughout the Rocky Mountain region, including terminals in Utah, Colorado, Wyoming, New Mexico, and North Dakota. Brady has a terminal in Grand Junction.
