Crestone Capital raises $10.8M for new investment fund

BOULDER – Private equity firm Crestone Capital Advisors LLC has raised a new $10.8 million pooled investment fund, according to filings made recently with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The new fund, Kenosha Distressed Municipal Securities Fund I LP, drew 22 investors at a minimum of $100,000 each.

Officials for Crestone could not be reached.

Crestone, headquartered in downtown Boulder, invests for high-net-worth individuals and families.
