Pharmaca to open 12 new stores
BOULDER – Pharmaca Integrative Pharmacy Inc., a Boulder-based chain of integrative pharmacies, has raised $20 million in venture capital to fund the opening of 12 stores adding to its 20 existing stores.
Highland Capital Partners, the Highland Consumer Fund and Physic Ventures participated in the round of funding.
Founded in 2002, Pharmaca combines conventional prescriptions with natural and complementary remedies, provides private consultations on health and prescription matters and has a reference library and tea room for its customers.
