New lifestyle center announced for Westminster

WESTMINSTER – The city of Westminster and Forest City Enterprises announced Thursday that a 12-screen AMC Theatres megaplex will be among the anchors of a 1.2 million-square-foot mixed-use project in the Interstate 25 corridor at West 144th Avenue.

The 215-acre center will also include townhouses, apartments and office space.

“This site is clearly the most desirable in the three-county area for retail development,´ said Brent McFall, Westminster city manager.
