Kaiser plans expansion to mountain communities
Kaiser wants to have health-care services established in mountain communities by 2016, according to a statement released Friday.
“We believe we can provide great value to these communities by offering more affordable health-care options in an area where there is significant need,” Donna Lynne, Kaiser Permanente Colorado’s president, said in the statement.

Kaiser, based in Oakland, Calif., currently offers health-care services and health plans along the Front Range from Fort Collins to Pueblo.
The expansion is still in the early planning stages, according to the statement.
