Cornue to head McKee Medical Center

LOVELAND – McKee Medical Center has a new CEO.

Banner Health selected Christopher Cornue to head the Loveland hospital starting Sept. 15. Cornue most recently served as vice president of Mount Sinai Hospital Medical Center in Chicago, a 432-bed teaching and research hospital. He also served as executive director of the Sinai Medical Group. His experience in those positions includes operational oversight, growth strategies, clinical quality, grant management and physician relationships.

“I look forward to partnering with the hospital leadership, caregivers, medical staff, patients and community,” Cornue said in a prepared statement. “Through this collaboration, we will establish McKee Medical Center as a model of how excellent and compassionate health care is delivered not only for our region and state, but also nationally and internationally.”
