FlexEtc plans Broomfield co-warehousing, coworking facility

BROOMFIELD — Los Angeles-based FlexEtc will open a 67,180-square-foot co-warehousing and coworking facility in Broomfield.

FlexEtc Broomfield will open at 601 Alter St. in January 2027, providing warehouse space, professional offices and shared operational resources to businesses along the Denver-Boulder corridor.

It will be the company’s second Colorado facility, joining a Denver community at 5180 Fox St., which opened in 2023. The new location will serve entrepreneurs, growing businesses and established companies seeking flexible space to manage inventory, fulfill orders, meet customers and run their operations, according to a press release.

The facility will feature 70 private warehouse spaces ranging from 290 to 2,900 square feet, and 11 professional offices. Shared amenities include a studio for content creation, a conference room, loading docks and a member’s lounge. Warehouses start from $670 and offices from $640.

“Our Denver community has brought together businesses across industries, from clean energy and construction to healthcare and design,” FlexEtc CEO Laurent Opman said in a written statement. “Broomfield extends that opportunity to more companies along the Denver – Boulder corridor. We’re creating a place where businesses can access the space and resources they need to operate, alongside a community of people building businesses of their own.”

Denver members include Just Heat Pumps, PrenValley Builders, Chromatiicat Handmade, ReviveMed and Impactum Visual Works.

Founded in 2022, FlexEtc owns and operates over 800,000 square feet across Los Angeles; Denver; Nashville, Tennessee; Salt Lake City; Plano, Texas; Charlotte, North Carolina; and Phoenix.
