Circle Graphics renews 166,000-sf Longmont lease through 2038
LONGMONT — CG Visual Solutions Inc., doing business as Circle Graphics, a wide-format printing company, has executed a 10-year lease extension at 120 Ninth Ave., securing the longtime employer’s continued presence in Longmont through August 2038.
The lease renewal encompasses approximately 166,000 square feet of industrial space.
Circle Graphics employs 392 people in the Longmont area across skilled manufacturing, printing and logistics positions.
At a time when industrial users continue evaluating long-term operational efficiencies, labor access and facility stability across the region, the Circle Graphics renewal represents a significant long-term industrial commitment in Longmont this year, reinforcing the city’s role as a key manufacturing and logistics hub along the northern Front Range.
Greg Fair and Chris Wynja of The Colorado Group Inc. represented Circle Graphics in the transaction, negotiating the lease extension directly with property owner Ivy Realty Services LLC.
“Circle Graphics is exactly the kind of company that strengthens Longmont’s industrial market,” Fair and Wynja in a prepared statement. “Their decision to renew long term reflects confidence in the community, workforce and business environment. We’re proud to have helped structure a solution that supports both the tenant and ownership for years to come.”
Added Kyle Baldwin, asset manager at Ivy Realty Services, “We’re thrilled to have reached an agreement with Circle Graphics and keep them in Longmont. Through strong collaboration and creative problem-solving, we right-sized their space and positioned both the tenant and the property for long-term success. It’s a win all around.”
