BROOMFIELD — DigitalOcean Holdings Inc. (NYSE: DOCN), a Broomfield-based cloud-infrastructure provider, recorded a surge in revenue and earnings for the third quarter ended Sept. 30.

DigitalOcean’s net income amounted to 54 cents per share, topping the Zacks consensus estimate of 50 cents.

“DigitalOcean’s unified agentic cloud is driving accelerated momentum in Q3,” Paddy Srinivasan, DigitalOcean CEO, said in a statement.
