Clerk certifies referendum petition targeting Cascadia zoning
City Clerk Heidi Leatherwood late Friday certified a citizen-led referendum petition that would overturn the Greeley City Council’s approval of a planned unit development zoning for the 833-acre Cascadia mixed-use project on the city’s western edge.
