Failure and sacrifice/service are the main ingredients of success.
Who do you count as your greatest mentor(s) that have helped you succeed in your personal and professional life?
It is a cheesy answer, but my father just retired after 40 years of service to a single organization. The consistency, dedication, and his choice to find daily happiness is something I am still trying to learn from and apply in my own life.
Where do you see yourself and what will you be doing with your life after 40?
My wife and I just welcomed our first child into this world. At the current moment, all I can see is being a father.
