If you could give your younger self one piece of advice, what would that be?
Don’t be afraid of failure, and don’t be afraid to follow your passions.
Who do you count as your greatest mentor(s) that have helped you succeed in your personal and professional life?
Too many to share, including my parents and family members, teachers and professors, coaches, friends, colleagues, and more. In Colorado, I’m continuously inspired by the leaders in our communities who are taking on hard issues and leading our local governments.
Where do you see yourself and what will you be doing with your life after 40?
Hopefully finishing my PhD (go Rams!) and continuing to find ways to serve my community and neighbors.
