If you could give your younger self one piece of advice, what would that be?

I would tell my younger self to trust the process and not be afraid of taking risks. Growth often comes from stepping outside your comfort zone, even when it feels uncertain.

Who do you count as your greatest mentor(s) that have helped you succeed in your personal and professional life?

N/A

Where do you see yourself and what will you be doing with your life after 40?

After 40, I see myself continuing to grow as a leader and using my experience to guide and mentor others. I want to be in a role where I can make a lasting impact—whether that’s through managing teams, shaping strategy, or helping build stronger communities.
