If you could give your younger self one piece of advice, what would that be?

You do not have to have it all figured out at once. Life rarely follows a straight line, and the best opportunities often come from unexpected directions. Keep moving forward with curiosity and grit—curiosity will open new doors, and grit will give you the strength to walk through them.

Who do you count as your greatest mentor(s) that have helped you succeed in your personal and professional life?

My greatest mentors have been my dad, my mom, and the coaches I have had along the way. My dad has been a masterclass in vision, hard work, and integrity—showing me how to build something lasting while never losing sight of the people. My mom taught me to use my voice and trust myself—giving me the confidence to speak up and take ownership of my path. And my coaches instilled discipline and persistence—helping me push through challenges and stay committed to growth. Together, they have shaped how I approach life.

Where do you see yourself and what will you be doing with your life after 40?

Fifteen years from now? That is a big prediction to make. One thing is certain: I will keep learning, growing, and finding ways to make a positive impact in our community.
